Great little article about Tamodi in the Sunday Times Travel section from the 9th September:
“Tamodi is one of the most beautiful self-catering lodges I have stayed in. The bedrooms overlook the forests of the Crags, a valley outside Plettenberg Bay, and the Outeniqua mountains in the distance. The lounges are huge, with fireplaces and the rim pool outside has a lovely view over the valley. A wooden deck with a sunken braai pit juts out next to it and the place feels like it is encircled by trees. Lynne and Owen Johnston have made this an artistic retreat, from the stylish rooms to the driftwood sculptures and elegant screens. Guests can request breakfast, a feast of home-made food.”
